Heating Insert MODU 2000 Basic Component

Heating Insert MODU 2000 Basic Component

The MODU 2000 Basic Component and the Heated Plates are designed for the stable heating of multiwells of a specific type with a flat polystyrene or glass bottom. The system offers a high temperature constancy and thermal conductivity.

Description:

  • For fast and stable heating of many different multiwell types with a flat polystyrene or glass bottom
  • Five exchangeable Heated Plates are available, depending on the multiwell used :
    - MODU 2000 Heated Plate M06 for 6-well multiwells
    - MODU 2000 Heated Plate M12 for 12-well multiwells
    - MODU 2000 Heated Plate M24 for 24-well multiwells
    - MODU 2000 Heated Plate M48 for 48-well multiwells
    - MODU 2000 Heated Plate M96 for 96-well multiwells

  • Overview Heated Plates:
    • The plates are electrically heated directly from below and are controlled and supplied with electrical power via the Basic Component by a TempController 2000 or TempModule S
    • To obtain an incubation chamber, the insert has to be covered with a small incubator or a CO2 cover
    • Local CO2 and O2 gassing with the suitable components
