CO2-Cover Micromanipulation K

CO2-Cover Micromanipulation K

The CO2 Cover enables micromanipulation and provides the cell cultures with a defined air-gas mixture during the observation inside large, heated PeCon incubators.

Description:

  • For the use together with following frames on inverted microscopes:

  • Constant gassing of cell cultures with CO2 and/or N2 and an optimal dispersion of the air-gas mixture
  • Relative air humidity of approx. 90% under the cover (Humidification Bottle included with the gas control unit)
  • Consists of transparent POM and is quipped with slidable glass plates
  • Qualified for micromanipulation and special microscopy techniques, e.g. DIC
  • The size of the rectangular opening (65 x 25 mm) can be varied to minimize a loss of CO2 during micromanipulation
