This heat­able frame is designed for the fix­a­tion and heat­ing of var­i­ous cell cul­ture ves­sels on upright micro­scopes with fixed stage and object guide.

Description:

  • Rec­tan­gu­lar obser­va­tion area 47.5 x 21 mm, espe­cial­ly for dif­fer­ent slides
  • Two smooth run­ning, move­able bridges with a vari­able clamp­ing range for an easy and quick fix­a­tion of the cell cul­ture vessel
  • The base plate is direct­ly heat­ed from below
  • Two mat­ing flange plates for the fit­ting of the frame to the micro­scopes Axio­plan and Axiophot
  • Local CO2  and O2  gassing with the suit­able components
