Cooling/Heating Incubation Insert P-Set 2000

The insert is made for the sta­ble cool­ing and heat­ing of cell cul­ture ves­sels. It offers a uni­form heat dis­tri­b­u­tion, a high ther­mal con­duc­tiv­i­ty and is equipped with a temperature-controlled and slid­able CO2-Cover and exchange­able baseplates.


  • Incu­ba­tion insert for a sta­ble cool­ing and heat­ing of cell cul­ture systems
  • Can be con­nect­ed to any cir­cu­la­tor with con­nec­tors for an exter­nal cir­cuit (e.g. Jula­bo, Lauda)
  • Made of one piece of alu­mini­um with a uni­form heat dis­tri­b­u­tion, a high tem­per­a­ture con­stan­cy and a high ther­mal conductivity
  • Ide­al­ly suit­able for laser scan­ning microscopy and for elec­tro­phys­i­o­log­i­cal experiments
  • Equipped as stan­dard with a temperature-controlled, slid­able cover
  • Can be used togeth­er with large incubators
  • Sup­plied with 4 exchange­able base­plates with dif­fer­ent obser­va­tion open­ings: Petri dish­es and POC Cell Cul­ti­va­tion Sys­tems, Lab-TekTM cham­bers, object slides, cham­ber slides, Cul­tureS­lides, Ibidi cham­bers as well as Imag­ing Cham­bers can be observed
  • Con­stant focus by means of four adjust­ing screws.
  • Tubes for the water cir­cuit can be con­nect­ed with self-sealing couplings
  • Two lat­er­al chan­nels for tubes (e. g. per­fu­sion applications)
  • Equipped with two spring clips for a firm fit of the cell cul­ture vessel
