POC Cell Cultivation System

The POC Chamber System (Perfusion Open and Closed) is a system for all microscopic techniques and suitable for short- and long-term cultivation and observation of cell and tissue cultures. The System is available in different versions and sizes: POC Chamber System, POC-R2 and POCmini-2. All parts of the POC-Chambers can be sterilized.

Foil Cover

The FoilCover is designed to fit onto different cell cultivation vessels and reduce evaporation from the nutrition media. The special foil (CultFoil) is optically clear and permeable for the gases CO2, O2 and N2.

Glass Cover for Imaging Dish CG

The Glass Cover is designed to fit on the Imaging Dish CG (zell-kontakt GmbH), a 35 mm Petri dish with cover glass bottom and a lasered microgrid. It reduces the evaporation of water from the nutrition media and is especially suited for high resolution microscopy and DIC applications in particular.

Glass Cover for 35mm Petri dish, micro-dish low (Ibidi)

The Glass Cover is designed to fit on the 35mm Petri dish, micro-dish low (Ibidi), a Petri dish with cover glass bottom. It reduces the evaporation of water from the nutrition media and is especially suited for high resolution microscopy and DIC applications in particular.

Universal Mounting Frame HA

Flexible device with easy installation for the fixation of various multiwell plates, large Petri dishes, the Heating Frame and the Heating & Cooling Frame on the object guide at upright microscopes.

Heating Frame

Solid heating frame made of aluminium with a circular observation opening. The frame can be used in combination with the Heatable Cover for local CO2 and temperature control in a completely closed environment.

Heating & Cooling Frame

Solid temperable frame made of aluminium with a circular observation opening. The frame can be used in combination with the Heatable Cover for local CO2 and temperature control in a completely closed environment.

Incubator HF with Heatable Glass

The Incubator HF is designed to fit onto the Heating Frame and the Heating & Cooling Frame. It permits a local CO2- and temperature control of Petri dishes and POC-chamber systems in a completely closed environment. The incubator has a rectangular observation window with heatable glass.

CO2-Cover with Glass Insert (for the Heating Frame)

The CO2-Cover with Glass Insert is designed to fit onto the Heating Frame and permits local CO2-control in a completely closed environment – alone or in the large incubators of the manufacturer.
