The Heat­ing Insert P Lab-Tek™ S is designed for the sta­ble heat­ing of cell cul­ture sys­tems. It offers a high tem­per­a­ture con­stan­cy and ther­mal conductivity.

Description:

  • Solid heat­ing ele­ment for the sta­ble heat­ing of cell cul­ture systems
  • High tem­per­a­ture con­stan­cy and ther­mal con­duc­tiv­i­ty - espe­cial­ly suit­ed for laser scan­ning microscopy (LSM)
  • No dis­turb­ing switch­ing puls­es are emitted
  • The rec­tan­gu­lar obser­va­tion area has a cut-out of 48.9 x 25.5 mm and is main­ly suit­ed for the use of rec­tan­gu­lar cell cul­ture ves­sels (cham­bers, cham­ber slides, object slides) but it is also pos­si­ble to clamp cir­cu­lar cell cul­ture ves­sels (POC Cell Cul­ti­va­tion Sys­tems and Petri dish­es “35” and “60”) into the insert
  • Equipped with two spring clips for a firm fit of the cell cul­ture vessel
  • A cover with a cen­tral glass insert (DIC) is supplied
  • Suit­able for per­fu­sion applications
  • Local CO2 and O2 gassing with the suit­able components
