This insert is made for the sta­ble heat­ing of cell cul­ture ves­sels. It offers a uni­form heat dis­tri­b­u­tion, a high ther­mal con­duc­tiv­i­ty and is equipped with a heat­able and slid­able CO2-Cover and exchange­able baseplates.

  • Incu­ba­tion insert for the sta­ble heat­ing of cell cul­ture sys­tems above ambi­ent tem­per­a­ture up to 60°C
  • Equipped with a slid­able cover with a heat­able glass plate
  • Local CO2 and O2 gassing and an increase in humid­i­ty with the suit­able components
  • Made of one piece of alu­mini­um with a uni­form heat dis­tri­b­u­tion, a high tem­per­a­ture con­stan­cy and a high ther­mal conductivity
  • Ide­al­ly suit­able for laser scan­ning microscopy and elec­tro­phys­i­o­log­i­cal experiments
  • The tem­per­a­ture of the cover and body can be con­trolled separately
  • Sup­plied with 4 exchange­able base­plates with dif­fer­ent obser­va­tion open­ings: Petri dish­es and POC Cell Cul­ti­va­tion Sys­tems, Lab-Tek™ cham­bers, object slides, cham­ber slides, Cul­tureS­lides, Ibidi cham­bers as well as Imag­ing Cham­bers can be observed
  • Equipped with two spring clips for a firm fit of the cell cul­ture vessel
